Steven Matthews
Founder & President

 MDSA Aerospace was founded by Steven Matthews, a Mechanical Engineer with a Master of Engineering, Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Widener University. Mr. Matthews has over fourteen years of design and structural analysis experience on aircraft/rotorcraft, space flight hardware, MGSE hardware, flight simulation, static structures, and pressure vessels. He has served in both Program Management and Business Development roles and holds extensive knowledge in unmanned systems, the robotics industry, finite element analysis, design, and classical hand analysis. Throughout Mr. Matthew’s career, he has worked and become familiar with FAA Regulatory Compliance, Department of Defense, and U.S. Navy Programs. In his career, Mr. Matthews has worked on several projects including the Hubble Space Telescope Servicing Mission 4, and the DAWN Mission.
